Remembered Another One...

At the beginning of the summer, Brett had mowed the lawn and after Cade saw it he said, "Oh no!" I asked him what was wrong. He said, "Look!" I said, "I know, Dad mowed the grass."He said, "We have to put it back!" 

Cade's Thoughts

I was just putting Cade to bed and had turned out the lights in his room, when Brett got home and came upstairs without making a peep. When he emerged from the dark, I said, "You scared the living day-lights out of us!" Cade then responded, "Dad, why you scared all the lights off?"

Funny how we think children are always saying things that don't make any sense - maybe they get it from us!

We just recently visited Grandma and Grandpa in Utah. Cade not only gets plenty spoiled, but plenty of attention as well. One morning Cade noticed the bathroom scale and asked my mom to stand on it. After the dial stopped he said, "Wow! That's a lot of money!"
